Care Coordinator

I have worked in the customer service field since I was in the ninth grade, and I have developed a passion for helping customers resolve issues while creating a positive image of the company and myself. I’ve proven my ability to listen attentively, solve problems quickly and efficiently, and create good professional relationships with patients. I love providing a safe place for people to receive the help that they need.

I have always thrived on helping others, and with a complicated medical history myself, I know what it is like to receive extraordinary care, and I strive to provide that to others! I love interacting with patients and hopefully making their health journey a little easier and simpler. I have been with Duke for three years and have loved every minute of what I am able to directly provide to my patients. I look forward to assisting with your care.

I attended the University of Akron in Ohio, after which I moved to North Carolina and worked as a medical coder for many years at UNC. Although I enjoyed working there and the work I did, I am looking forward to assisting patients in this new capacity here at the better shade of blue.
