I have worked in healthcare for more than twenty years, building strong experience in patient care, care coordination, and customer service. Throughout my career, I have enjoyed helping individuals navigate healthcare services and connecting them with the resources they need to improve their health outcomes. As a DukeWELL Care Coordinator, I am passionate about supporting patients through education, outreach, and to help them achieve better overall wellness. I find it rewarding to make a positive impact on patients’ lives.
